Who is FLIP+ for?
FLIP+ exists for everyone who believes that assessment systems work better when they are built together. Whether you are designing national exams, developing classroom content, building platforms, or funding global education initiatives — there is a place for you in the FLIP+ community.
You write items. You review stimulus materials. You spend weeks calibrating difficulty and checking metadata. And you know that somewhere, someone else has already written a very good version of the item you are building today.

If your institution is already a FLIP+ member, you can apply for time-limited Beta Access to the Library — open until 31 December 2026. This is your opportunity to access 900+ validated assessment items, upload your own content, and help shape the Library’s next phase.
